Both Iain and Clara were fabulous. Showed up when they said they would, and spent as much time as needed to identify and fill all the holes, through which mice were entering our living space. They had clearly communicated with one another between visits, so that it was a smooth transition from one to the other. They also both had an understanding of the animals and appreciation of humane treatment of wildlife.

We had an irritating squirrel problem in our loft, and Kevin and Abbie were here in no time at all. Both were very helpful and extremely friendly. They dealt with the problem very quickly and we haven't had any issues since. Excellent service and excellent people!
Edit: We had a second visit needed from Pest Control as we had another issue with squirrels. Kevin and Antonia came out very quickly and were up and ready in no time! Kevin and Antonia were very helpful and enlightening as to which steps to take next as there is some building damage, and helped us move forward with the damage report. Incredibly friendly people and another excellent service again!
