Hi. I cannot recommend Pest Solutions highly enough. Have had a mouse problem in the flat on a few occasions in the last few years. Thought I’d managed to seal all gaps but they re-appeared after almost 2 years. Decided to call Pest Solutions rather than the company I’d used before. Gemma was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and sympathetic and, unlike the previous personnel, actually helped to move white goods etc to investigate areas I was previously unable to check alone. Gaps found there and filled.

Everyone from the initial phone call to the final visit was brilliant. Kevin at pest solutions was fantastic. I had a rodent problem and he has visited three times and everything is resolved. He always contacted me to let me know what time he would arrive and was always on time. Such a friendly person who I would now always contact if I needed help again. Fantastic company which I highly recommend. We had a rodent problem. There was a hole next to the outdoor waste pipe which is why we contacted pest solutions but there had been a mouse in the cellar as well which Kevin discovered. All dealt with safely and expertly and problem solved.
Kevin was brilliant, very thorough, explained the process throughout and put my mind totally at ease.
The person I spoke to initially was great too and they both really know their subject.
Prices are upfront, extremely fair and good value. I would confidently recommend the company to anyone. I hope I don't need the service again but if I do, they will be my first call.
