I call pest solution when a discovered wasp going from outside to inside. A nest was behind my living room wall and the wasps rated the plasterboard. The service provided via phone has been excellent and the lady gave me her number to procede pictures and make sure the visit was feasible since the flat is at third floor. Appointment fixed the days after and Bob came. Very friendly and professional service; he answered all my questions and reassured me about the safest option ( two cats at home and the dust can be dangerous).
