I contacted Pest Solutions when I saw a mouse in my flat. Kevin came and guided me through the process of having mice gone from the flat. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to spot the places where mice were coming from and covered the holes. I haven't seen any mice since then. Would recommend 100%!!

The young lady who came to my mums was a 'Star'. Kept us informed of what she did when she visited, text when en route and was extremely flexible wirh days/times of visits. Just want to express how professional and efficient this company is. I called about a potential mice problem in my home and got told someone would call me back.
After ringing several companies with no one ringing back or unable to help me quickly i started to worry i would have to live with the problem for at least a week.
Then i spoke to Pest Solutions who took my problem seriously and understood my apprehensions.
I have a toddler and was so concerned about droppings around the house and on her toys.
Rebekah who covers the kilsyth area called me back and was able to come over within 30mins. I cannot express how calm rebekah made me feel and how seriously she took my concerns with my daughter and my fear of mice.
Rebekah told me to call if I needed her to come back sooner. Unfortunately i did call as I could smell something a few days later. As promised she came out and removed the dead mice professionally and efficiently first appointment the next morning. Great experience with this company and would highly recommend, excellent friendly service and extremely professional too. Thank you Rebekah for being so helpful and so lovely! Thanks again.
