Gemma was absolutely fantastic she attended my mother in laws house who had a problem with Moths, after the fist visit they had gone . we took a course of 3 visits and now they have all gone. Gemma made us feel at ease as my mother in law is 90 .and informed us every step she was taking ,it made my mother in law feel secure, Thank you Gemma and in a very nice way hope we dont need to use your company again , but if we do I will certainly be calling you .have a merry Christmas and great new year .

I was supposed to have Chris originally but due to him being busy Chloe promptly picked up my job. I was happy because I’d seen such a positive response to her on other reviews people had left on Google, so I took a lot of comfort in knowing that Chloe was handling my case. She was knowledgeable, friendly, nonjudgmental and really put me at ease (I was genuinely terrified). Definitely recommend & such good value for money as I had also priced rentokill who wanted to charge double & weren’t even going to include filling any holes!
