I am really happy to review this company because they really deserve it! I chose to call Pest Solutions when I found out about the problem we had with mice in the apartment. The first professional Gemma performed a first accurate inspection of the house and placed some traps in specific points. I was really nervous about the situation, since I have never had mice in the house, but she was really kind and understanding. The first follow-up one week later was performed by Rebekah and, although no activity was detected, she was really cautious and suggested me to keep the situation monitored for the following week. Some days later I found some evident traces of mice both around the traps and on the forniture, I sent a message to Rebekah and she was really nice to promptly come and check the situation before the scheduled follow-up day. I couldn't be more happy about the way this professionals handled the situation for the entire time, they made me feel comfortable in this new weird situation I was not used to. The last follow-ups have been performed by Kevin who, listening to my feedbacks and accurately check spots which we all excluded at the beginning, was able to find some gaps in the wall which may have caused mice to get in. He filled them right away with metal wool and came back for the last follow-up. After that, the problem was sorted. SO a huge THANK to these three professionals and to Pest Solutions for helping me and my housemates to solve this unusual situation the best way possible.

I will not hesitate to use this company again if the need arises. Bob was our go to guy. Not only did he help with our problem he also gave us a ton of advice that we followed and it worked a treat. He's been absolutely brilliant. The lass I spoke to on the phone was polite and understanding of the situation and the fact that I work with kids from home so needed the work done urgently. Cannot fault the team at all!! Great folks.

Really good service provided by pest solutions. My initial query was answered promptly and first visit arranged within a couple of days to deal with our mice problem. Kevin and Rebekah were very helpful and knowledgeable. Identified extent of problem, points of entry dealt with and traps and bait set. 3 visits improved issue but still not fully resolved so a 4th visit arranged at no extra cost. Issue seems to be resolved

Gemma, who came to help us with our mouse problem was excellent. She explained to us everything we needed to know about what the company provides and was very efficient. She made sure our problems with holes in the flat were fixed as quickly as possible with her report to our letting agency. Overall, wonderful service. Will definitely use this company again if we need to. Gemma made the whole process, which was quite stressful, very easy.

I would definitely recommend Pet Solutions - after spotting a rat in my kitchen, Kevin came out to assess the situation and set down traps and poison for mice and rats (covering all bases after seeing possible signs of both). He then came back for 2 follow up visits to make sure the problem had been taken care of (which it had!). Kevin was very professional and friendly, as well as extremely helpful and transparent when explaining what he was doing and why. I'm really grateful for how swiftly he came out after my landlord had contacted the company and how thoroughly he dealt with the problem. Thanks Kevin :) !

Having never used any pest control services before we were recommended by a family member when my 95yr old Mums house became infested. Kevin our Technician assigned to us has been absolutely wonderful throughout and went the extra mile by pretending to be The Gas Man as far as Mum was concerned as we could not tell her the real reason for his visits as would have been far too upsetting.
