Despite a disappointing start (I took time off work and we were told by an operator that someone would be round to see us at 9am on the Monday morning. I had to make several phone calls and wait 2hr 45 min for the technician to appear and apparently should not have been promised the 9am visit. Communication was poor initially) the job was carried out in a very professional manner. Gemma was very efficient and knowledgeable and excellent at communicating. She apologised for the breakdown in communication at the start and was very attentive and easy to contact. If they can sort out the initial booking/appointment system I would recommend this company and am very pleased with the results.

I’ve never had to use a pest service before. Called pest control has our down stair bathroom and kitchen where overcome with files.
