Had an issue with wasps entering my disabled mums bedroom, phoned Pest Solutions this morning, got a call back and explained situation. Although obviously very busy they made an incredible effort and got to my mums within 2 hours. What can I say Kevin and Rebekah were just fantastic. After looking at the situation they talked me through what they were going to do in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. It wasn’t an easy job as it ended up that there were 2 wasp nests in the loft directly above her bedroom they managed to get one through a hatch in the ceiling and the other from an upstairs window onto the roof. I can’t praise both Kevin and Rebekah enough for their excellent first class service. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

Great service scheduled to align with my work schedule. Kept upto date on the time they would be arriving then Kevin and Rebekah were prompt at identifying the issue, discussing the best solution with me prior to applying the treatment. Explained what I should expect immediately after and in the coming days including what to do if a follow up was required (wasn’t required as initial treatment resolved the issue).
Hopefully won’t need to use pest control in the future but if I do, I know where to go!

Called around and pest solutions seemed to be the best bet. The contact person was very knowledgeable, explained what they were going to do in detail.
Natasha came after a confirmation text, killed off one of 2 wasps nests, returned after second one became active again and another one at different location was detected. These were treated but the second one was still active. After a few days her colleague came and gave it a final dusting which did the trick. I can get onto my loft again thanks to the competence of Pest Solutions operators, saw the troublesome nest was protected by wooden joists, hence the need for 3 treatments. Definitely recommend.

Called Pest Solutions for a quote to deal with a wasp nest. Response came within the hour and a visit arranged for William to attend within 48hrs. William was professional and courteous, and managed to worm his way into a very awkward part of the loft to treat a very large nest. He couldn't have been more helpful, great job, wouldn't hesitate to use the company again ( hope I never have the need )
