Superb service, professional, very dedicated and determined to do a quality job. Gemma attended to destroy a wasps nest, within confined space in the eaves, despite the access and space difficulties Gemma was able to eradicate the nest with a cautious and careful approach. Can’t say enough as other companies I contacted had all refused to do anything more than puff powder through the entrance on the external roof the wasps were using. In this case, that would not have been sufficient and would have left a potentially dangerous scenario for yours truly. Recommend 100%, professional, timely and courteous service. after discovering a wasp nest at my house on the Wednesday i was let down be a firm i had booked in the afternoon so it was a mad dash in the evening trying to find a firm.phoned this firm spoke to a nice man who said that his girl would phone and arrange to come on the Thursday when Natasha phoned she said i will come tonight i was over the moon as extremely scared of wasps she came and explained what she would do and what would happen and went ahead she then sent me a text on the Thursday to see how it went nice after care. Natasha was very nice and helpful and said she would come back if we still had wasps i would definitely recommend this firm
