Update : so turns out after first visit our issue was not resolved. Called Pest Solutions and they reacted immediately. William came out this time and set up new bait. When one of my neighbours was concerned about there being a rat in her kitchen William was in the area and responded within 10 mins that he would go there immediately - can’t tell you how reassuring it was to have such a quick response. Always hope no one has to deal with an issue like this but if you did can’t recommend this team enough!

I hired Pest Solutions to take care of a Squirrel ingress into my converted loft. There was very little space to get around but after an initial inspection I was given lots of information about Squirrel behaviour and the comprehensive method by which this company works.
The quote I was given was pricier than some competitors who wanted to only put in traps and return a week later, this company wanted to check daily and ensure cleanup when necessary.
A very easy payment process with Chloe who came to do the work. She was timely, effective, maintained clear communication on text and was even compassionate. Though my scrabbling, scratching critters refused to be found for days we got there in the end, complete with a follow up if necessary within a limited period, of course.
