When I spotted a mouse in our kitchen, we initially attempted to deal with it ourselves with traps (which the mouse completely ignored!). I realised we were going to need professional help and called Pest Solutions. Everyone I delt with was helpful, reasuring and patient, from the lady who answered my call, to the area manager who arranged for an operative to be with me next day. Kevin was knowledgable, efficient and discreet. A mouse was entering our flat via a hole created when our new boiler was recently fitted. The mouse is now disposed of and Kevin blocked up the hole with wire wool. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - my only regret is not calling them sooner! Also, the cost was less than I expected - money well spent for peace of mind.

Great service and advice. A quick call back with clear information provided and indication of cost, which was very competitive. Natasha explained the process and follow up if required and also arranged for the bees to be removed. Wasps nests dealt with under the house eves and also full check of the house for other nests, which were dealt with. Overall a great 5 star service.
