First off, I want to let you know how grateful we are to you and your team, for all of your hard work. Your approach helping us find our home was something like I’ve never witnessed before. You were more of a connoisseur than a real estate agent. You actually took the time to ask questions, to get to know us personally, so that you could understand our needs. Most real estate agents will give you a link to their website, for you to plug in your specs and they become just a vessel with keys to open the door of the home you checked off. You knew that our new home was way more than just a MLS#. You were deeply involved from the start. You were always hands on at anytime of the day or night. You made us feel like we were your only customers. For us to be in this house via closing date was due to your diligence. The way you implemented pulling in our insurance folks, inspectors, loan company & roofing company to form a team/network of folks working for us, was remarkable. During this building the team process, our home insurance company found that an actual claim was submitted for the roof as a total loss. You steadfastly worked with the seller’s agent & roof company on our behalf to get that roof on and ready for our closing. You spent weeks insuring that we would make our closing. So many things could’ve went wrong. Yet even, with all of the drama, you made sure we lived our normal lives, focused on our day jobs, and spend time with our family. We were able to still go on our vacations and family outings, while you made this happen. If it wasn’t for your hard work, and the grace of God, we would’ve had to find another rental or other occupancy, until closing on a home. You’re the next level of real estate agent, you my friend are a connoisseur.
