Great people to deal with

Despite moving away from Cranbrook a few years back Denham Ford will always be my first phone call when vehicle hunting. Great down to earth sales staff make the sometimes stressful experience relaxed and friendly. Jason Faulkner has been nothing but friendly, sincere and professional both times he has helped us get into a new Ford. He's my go to guy and despite having a whole team of excellent sales people I would tell anyone to ask for him. Rene Kowalchuk the sales manager always comes out to greet us and is very friendly and personable. Both times the experience was completed with some time in Finance and Ann Hoodicoff. It was very comfortable and pleasant working with Ann during the usually hardest part of new vehicle purchase. I have purchased other brands new in the past and have had other experiences. But im willing to drive for 3hrs to visit Denham and work with Jason and the staff rather than shop locally so that about says it all right there!
