We drove 150 miles to eat here. I love that it is seasonal and always changing and always fresh. Tulsi tea is a must. Friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating.

When trying to decide where to eat we landed on True Foods as a fantastic option to find flavours for every pallet. The atmosphere was stellar with feelings of fresh food and mouthwatering drinks. We were met by our server Barney who not only made us feel at home but made us feel as if we were the most important people there. Next time you’re near or far make the stop and sit down, enjoy some food and be treated like a star.

Nice restaurant in am outdoor shopping center. Outdoor seating is shaded with mist. I door section is open with high ceilings. Service was great and fast. I recommend the roasted cauliflower starter.

It was my first time trying True Food and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Ancient Grains Bowl. The sauce on the sweet potatoes was too spicy but our server and the kitchen were quick to make a new one with the sauce on the side. They were very kind about it. The food is absolutely delicious!

my friends & i came here for our last meal before heading to our flight home. we started with the edamame dumplings as a shared plate & ended up ordering another one because they were so good. I got the teriyaki quinoa bowl & loved it! my friends each loved their meals too- they especially loved the lasagna. Next time we are in Arizona, we will be coming back (:
