I like this restaurant! Very good location, lots of space, indoors and outdoors. The night lights are very pretty, the environment is neat.
chicken parm entree is very good, I love how they grilled the side veggies, very tasty. There are cheese on top of the chicken which makes it more tasty. Big portion, I only finished half and had to take another half home.
steak tacos, also very good, flavorful.
guacamole, very interesting flavors with Japanese edamame, in a good way.
chocolate cake, it was worth the try, I like the chocolate coca chips inside, added extra taste and tropical feelings.

one of my favorite restaurants ever!! although they are pricey, they are amazing! they aren’t exclusively vegan, everything is purely healthy so they have options for all eaters. my favorite thing i always always always get is the pizza that has butternut squash, kale, cranberries, and almond ricotta. i 10/10 recommended this restaurant! beautiful area for this location too! i don’t have one near me so whenever one is near, i go and you should too!

Excellent fresh and HEALTHY local noshes is what this restaurant is all about. Great location in the center of the Scottsdale Quarter right by the amazing Christmas tree and lights covering all the surrounding palm trees. Great photo op from the outdoor patio! Sit outside year round as the overhead heaters actually heat the booth seats! Soooo cozzzyyyyy. :)
I always order the brussel sprouts as they are cooked to perfection. Lasagna is melt in your mouth yummy. Spaghetti squash is light and healthy. The sea bass is a nice portion for 30.00. I never get out of there for under 100.00, but it’s worth it!
Excellent wine list with a delicious Sonoma Chardonnay that paired well with the sea bass. My daughter got the pizza, and loved the ricotta flavors! We all shared and loved it.
I’m pretty loyal to TruFood when I frequent the Quarter. I hope it makes it through Covid. Fingers crossed

True food kitchen has a decent sized menu of healthy, yet creative and tasty dishes for lunch or dinner. I went here with my family and we all enjoyed our food. Highlights were the Grass-Fed Burger, the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, and the Beef Tacos. They have a big outdoor patio with great heaters to keep you warm.
