Seasonal ingredient menu, more commonly found in Europe, was fresh, customizable for dietary-needs, delicious, and timely! Their excellent menu offerings, mostly gluten-free by design, were exactly why we chose to dine here. The wait staff was exceptional and service superb. Dine-in sanitization maintained and improved by cutting edge, touch-less, table QR code menus accessible through personal smartphones, which double as final billing/payment processing.
We will most definitely keep True Food Kitchen at the TOP of our list for future dining out options, when available at travel destinations. Would love to see one come to Eugene, Oregon! Their sustainability practices align perfectly with our hometown community.
