Happened to be in the neighborhood on other business- True Food Kitchen was a recommendation. I made a quickly adhered to reservation for one (Covid-19 thinking). Everything was great from their care in keeping us safe to the service *Kevin was awesome the kale salad plus shrimp was amazing and filling and the skinny marg was perfect. I highly recommend True Food Kitchen, thank you.

The menu is filled with choices for both vegetarian and vegan appetites. The presentation of the food is inviting and the food tastes amazing. You can sit inside or outside and enjoy a range of specialty vegetable and fruit drinks as well as wine. Had a wonderful time. The staff was very attentive as well. Went for a 5:30 pm dinner and ate, chatted, and stayed comfortably for about three hours. Great vegetarian selections from humus plates to shrimp tacos. Enjoy!

This is actually my first visit to this True Food, after an earlier one that was fairly unremarkable. Had a colleague in town who is a vegetarian, and wanted to make sure she had good options. We sat out on the patio, and though it's not especially upscale, it feels like a pleasant bistro setting. We started with a flatbread fig & gorgonzola appetizer that was fine, but nothing exceptional (I believe it was left unfinished). My grilled salmon was perfectly prepared and well matched by a quinoa salad. Very nice. The others at the table were also pleased with their burgers: one with cow and one with beats.
