I love this place. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and incredible food that that doesn't break my diet. The Roasted Cauliflower appetizer is wonderful, and then I love their Ancient Grains bowl or the Season Salad.

I visited Phoenix 3-4 times and went there for dinner about 6-7 times. Food and service is just perfect. Add to that the location, the ambiance and the décor, you have a perfect evening.

This restaurant was absolutely amazing. I got the butternut squash soup to start - it was tremendous. Then, my significant other and I split a curry dish. We told them we wanted it extra spicy and they did not disappoint. Our dish was bursting with flavor and spice. I was very happy with the service. I would definitely go back for a nice evening out.

If you have any kind of food allergies, this is a great option! I was recently diagnosed with Crohn's Disease, so the food I can have is limited. I informed our waiter of my allergies, and he was extremely helpful to make sure I got a tasty meal. And yes, it was tasty! Well done, True Food Kitchen! I'll definitely be back...

Great vibe, energy, and food with friendly and knowledgeable (about their products) people. Last meal we had the Unbeetable burger and cauliflower polenta bowl with tofu. Both were tasty, filling, and satisfying! True Food is a popular place, so expect a seating and service/preparation wait time.
