This was my first time at True Foods and it was an amazing experience! Our waiter was really nice and the food was even better! The roasted cauliflower appetizer was absolutely amazing, and the teriyaki quinoa bowl was just as good.

Love their healthy food and the choices. I had a hard time deciding what to eat, but settled on the turkey burger and kale salad. Both were delicious. For a beverage, I had the Medicine Man, which is black tea with pomegranite and honey. We sat on the patio and liked the atmosphere.

OMG I love love this place, the food and drinks (dranks) are amazing. Been here 3 times and I always enjoy the food and the people. The server we had this time around was sooo nice and helpful in making our selections. And the bar back was too cute! *swoon* I had this grapefruit cocktail that was great and the breakfast sandwich which was like the avocado toast but better (my sister had the toast). The other times I went I had the chili and the spaghetti squash spaghetti, both BOMB. True Food Kitchen is a fav of mine, I'll def be back.

Excellent location, service and food. Located right in the center of Scottsdale quarter you are surrounded by high end shops and there is a waterpark/play area right next to the restaurant. Food is amazing and there is a great selection for gluten free, dairy free etc.
