Love this restaurant. I have been to True Food kitchen in Hackensack, NJ and the Biltmore location. The place is beautiful and the service is stellar. From the hostess to the person who walked us to our table, to our INCREDIBLE waitress ELYSSA. We got 2 shots of sea buckthorne which were great. I am disappointed that they no longer make the Andy's elixirs which were my favorite so please bring them back!
Food wise, we ordered the Cauliflower appetizer which was amazing. My friend ordered the lasagna which is on the seasonal menu. He loved it. I ordered the spaghetti squash casserole with almond milk ricotta instead of mozzarella (thanks for making the substitution for me). I have ordered this dish before and unfortunately was a little disappointed this time as the squash was a little too al dente (it is usually softer) and the flavor was a bit bland. I got a side of chicken with it and it was OK. Not the most tender or flavorful.
I am chalking it up to a fluke. The great vibe and service made up for it, but the place is expensive so I really wanted to LOVE my food.
If you are vegan, vegetarian or gluten free this is a great spot. We didn't save room for dessert this time, but I did appreciate so many vegan and gluten free options that actually looked great. I have had desserts from here before and they were always delish.
