Musical Touch has created a perfect dream wedding of ours. It will never be this perfect without the amazing 3 piece band and cheerful emcee. We engaged them less than a week before our wedding day. Despite the rush schedule, Alvin is very prompt in his replies, managing expectations and explaining his packages. What amazes us is Alvin selling his "Full refund" policy. I would say this give us full assurance that we can count on him and his team. (You definitely won't bear to ask for refund cos it's perfect) Prior to the wedding day, Jiaxi the emcee had spent an hour of zoom call understanding us. And to my surprise, she engage the audience with all the details captured. With her cheerful vibes, she managed to win the hearts of our guests and creating amazing memories for all of us. Thankful to the 3 piece band, which consist of Alvin(keyboardist guitarist), Aden(singer) and Jiaxi(singer), for bring up the atmosphere of ceremony. The musicians were performing as if the music is flowing throughout their whole body. The ceremony will never be the same without Musical Touch. Memories stays forever, we keep this memory in a photograph.

We engaged Alvin, Ben, Mei Lian and Boon Chye for our wedding at Clifford Pier. Despite the covid-19 restrictions which didn’t allow live performances, Musical Touch overcame them by live streaming from a recording studio. The on-site coordinator, Felicia and the band were a great team. Alvin gave us a very comprehensive guide to their band ensemble and instruments options. The band during our wedding dinner were friendly and created such a great atmosphere. The music produced by them was excellent and they even helped out in a surprise song during our march-in. Our guests enjoyed themselves and having Musical Touch made a difference to the night. Thank you so much to Alvin and team!

We made an enquiry for a live band from Musical Touch for our wedding banquet and was approached by Alvin. He was very informative and replies to our queries were very prompt. The entire process was very pleasant. However, as our hotel venue did not allow live band, we had a virtual band instead. We finally decided on a 3 piece band with keyboardist (Alvin), Jacky (male singer) & Yu Tong (female singer) and finally Regine (Emcee). During our wedding banquet, Regine, Jacky and Yu Tong did a great job in engaging our guests. We also received feedback that they sang Hokkien songs really well! Everyone was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely recommend Musical Touch to anyone who is looking for a live band for their events. Please keep up the good work!

We had a great experience working with the Musical Touch team! Service and coordination at its best - especially since we reached out to them just 2 weeks prior to the wedding. At first we were not sure about the kind of quality you would get out of a band playing via stream, but they assured us that they have done the same at our venue (Intercontinental Bugis) and the sound system at our venue is good - and it was! Our guests all enjoyed the performance and they were happy that they could do song dedications (they let you keep the cards after with the guests' wishes). We engaged Mei Lian and Aedan whose performance amazed our guests and we hear only praises of them. And guess what, they even record the session for you to playback! We also engaged their emcee Jia Xi who was superbly helpful in ensuring the success of our wedding. We asked for her advice on our itinerary. She understood very quickly how we would like our event to be delivered. She coordinated well with the banquet manager and that really facilitated the smooth execution of the process. She has a good voice that guests can easily warm up to. Her ability to get the guests ease into the setting was vital to getting our guests comfortable. Their sound engineer Cheng Yi is also really experienced - his magical touch at the AV side puts the cherry on top of the already beautiful cake. Like, we didn't even need to be reassured. Overall, the team's exceptional delivery leveled up our event, making it feel more atas. And really, with a good emcee you can enjoy the evening at ease. Thanks team for the wonderful show!

Me and my wife have engaged Musical Touch for Virtual Live Band and Emcee for our wedding. Initially, we were hesitating to have a virtual live band as we have not seen one before. We love actual live band and have always been wanting to have one for our wedding. Despite our doubts, Alvin have reach out to us with lots of clear information, great presentation and follow up with us closely on our enquiry. Hence, we have decided to give it a try. My wife and I engaged Musical Touch for their live band and emcee services for our wedding this month. We had Felicia (Singer Emcee) and Alvin (Keyboardist Guitarist) for a two-piece band. It was a tough and major decision to make, especially during this period with many covid measures in place, but we are glad we went ahead with this live performance. They nailed the march-in songs and our guests gave very positive feedback on all aspects – from emcee to singing and the variety of songs. I've always wanted a live band for my wedding day. I didn't know it was possible for a pandemic wedding till I came across an Instagram advertisement about virtual live band. Alvin contacted us and arranged a zoom meeting the same evening. He was very efficient in his communications and no hard-selling during the zoom meeting. We decided to engage him even though it was less than two weeks before our wedding day. They were very proactive and even planned a site survey at our venue to assess if the sound system is compatible with the requirements of the virtual band. Our live band singers were also amazing! They were billingual and the session was interactive. Highly recommend Musical touch to everyone!

Due to this covid situation we have decided to give virtual liveband a try for our wedding banquet. Musical touch provides a very detailed explanation through a call on what we will be expecting before we engage them. This helps us to better understand what options are there for us. They also follow up diligently on the details required for the actual day so we do not miss out on anything. Although we would still prefer a physical liveband, virtual liveband is not a bad option to have as it adds to the overall ambience and vibes for our wedding banquet. Song dedications and blessings from our guests are also recorded and pass over to us after the whole ceremony.

Always wanted a live band for my wedding however due to pandemic restrictions, Musical touch's team nailed the virtual live band arrangement with a great team effort from the musicians, singers, and emcee who are all multi-talented. Arrangement with them was seamless leading to the wedding day. Also, our guests have enjoyed their performance through the wedding banquet.
