GREAT PERFORMANCE at our wedding day. Although we were kind of disappointed at first when we knew it is going to be a virtual wedding live band, it eventually turned out to be a success. We felt that it was not much different from a live performance. Our guests were totally entertained and wished that the performance sessions could be longer. Yutong is quite flexible and can sing a variety of songs ranging from English, Chinese, Korean, Cantonese and Hokkien. Her voice is absolutely breathtaking, and all my friends were telling me that she’s the BEST wedding singer they’ve ever heard. Thanks for making our wedding a memorable and unforgettable one. Hiring Musical Touch's virtual band and emcee service was one of the best decisions for our wedding. Throughout the process of enquiring about their service to the actual day, Alvin and team were extremely quick to reply us on any questions and keep us assured. In terms of the quality of their band musicians and singers, they definitely have a large selection of high quality and famous artists to choose from. We eventually went with a 5-piece band with 2 singers (Aedan and Yutong) who wowed the crowd with their great vocals. Their presence definitely made the atmosphere more lively and interactive compared to a normal spotify playlist. Special mention to our emcee Jiaxi who made effort to get to know us before the actual day and was able to throw in snippets of those fun facts that she learned about us. Our guests told us that she made it seem like she knew us for years! Overall very happy with the clean execution and want to say a big thank you to Alvin and team at Musical Touch again :)

We are happy to engage Musical Touch for our wedding day. Although it was a virtual live band, everything went very smoothly. In the very first virtual meeting with Alvin, he was very patient and detail, he went thru the whole process with us step by step, & we can had the whole ideal of what to expect from them on the wedding. Our company engaged Musical Touch for our year-end activities. It all started with a phone call. These guys absolutely rocked our Wedding!! They played music that suited our guests and theme, engaged with them and were very animated. It is not easy to find a band able to play and perform so many dialect songs. Even for our march-in song, the beats were on point and it hit all the feel buttons inside us. We intended to add some musical entertainment to our daughter’s wedding dinner and contacted MT on a whim even though we were skeptical that the Covid restrictions would be lifted in time. (They were not). Alvin of MT took us patiently through the options and managed to assured us that a virtual performance over Zoom with the unique “Yam Seng” would still work and much better than relying on YouTube or Spotify. He was so confident that he offered his standard Money Back Guarantee, which we were not about to abuse. As a musical noob, I actually learnt a lot from Alvin about band configuration in his hour long spiel and eventually took his advice on a four-piece band with 2 singers. In the short period between initial contact and actual event (less than 2 weeks), the interactions with/responses from MT - Alvin, Felicia and the designated MC, Amanda -were prompt and professional. They came up with great suggestions and were amenable to learning new songs that we suggested for the march-In even when time was short. On the actual day, the logistics went smoothly and the performance really enhanced the mood and tenor of the evening. We could not have asked for more and MC Amanda was very accommodating with our requests to include some of our own surprises for the bride and groom. Overall, the experience was better than we had dare hoped for in light of the current Covid challenges. Even our guests were impressed that the singers, Aedan and Yu Tong could do the variety of requested songs and the banter between them added to the mood. In summary, we would recommend MT highly, even when “live’ performances are currently restricted. In fact, the way that MT has incorporated their virtual performances makes them unique and just as enjoyable as if the performers were physically in the room. We will be glad to repeat our experience with MT again in future!
