The service pre and post wedding was great by the musical touch team. They even did follow ups when the date was nearing to our event despite our busy schedule and several late replies to them. They also gave us a call after our wedding to check on the quality of the live band and for us to feedback to them should there be an improvement. Service was really impressive.

For our solemnisation in Nov 2021, We engaged Musical Touch for their live band performance and emcee services. Due to Covid restrictions, the band could only perform virtually via zoom. When we first enquired about their services, Alvin was very clear in explaining the different packages and rates via zoom meeting. We signed up for a 3-piece band (Litian, Ben Hum and Eugene), as well as to have Yutong as our emcee. The band did a great performance via zoom and we were glad that we chose to engage Musical Touch. Felicia the coordinator also did a good job in coordinating the band performance on the event day. Yutong, our emcee, was fluent in both English and Mandarin and she did a great job in emceeing and engaging the audience. We were impressed by how she included the little details (e.g. about behind the scenes and how we got together etc) shared with her prior to event in her speech on the actual day. We appreciate her efforts in making the event more personal, meaningful and lively.

It was a joy having musical touch to perform at our wedding! The team was super easy to work with and was very prompt before, during and even after the session. Alvin was very clear in sharing about the packages and was able to recommend the band set-up based on our preferences. We had 4 piece band and Ben and Mavis were our singers on the actual day. They were really engaging and had livened up the atmosphere of the wedding. We were happy to see our guests having so much fun making the songs dedication and singing along with the band. My wife and I engaged Musical Touch live band and emcee services for our wedding. Musical Touch team delivered great live band performances and fun activities to our guests, and hence, we have no regrets engaging them.

It has been a great experience engaging Musical Touch for our wedding held at Andaz Glasshouse. Due to covid restrictions, we had a virtual live band instead. As the virtual live band is done through zoom video call, we were skeptical about it and were afraid that there might be connectivity or sound quality issues on the actual day. In addition, march in songs will be provided through virtual live band as well. However, the team from Musical Touch proved us wrong. The strong coordination from the team allowed smooth transition of the live stream performance to be carried out without much hiccups such as sudden pausing or lagging of songs during the two march ins which was a plus point. The performance by Ben Hum and Alvin was awesome and we have received a number of compliments for the performance that day. Service rendered from the start till the end of engagement was great. A zoom call from Alvin to explain the various package before we place our deposit to another quick call from Alvin to ask for feedbacks (if any) after the wedding banquet. Not to forget, coordinator Felicia had been a great help to answer all our queries before the actual wedding day. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service as well as performance from the team!

It has indeed been an honour and pleasure to work alongside Musical Touch. Not only have they been extremely flexible, accomodative and versatile in terms of their business arrangement with us in this current pandemic climate where the regulations changes overnight, their service has been top notch in terms of their coordination with the couple leading up to the wedding event with the step-by-step process but also the actual result has been fantastic given the amount of logistics Musical Touch has to handle on their end. While we were initially hesitant to have a live band performance virtually, Alvin took the time to brief us in detail to allay our concerns and explain how the entire process would be like. We engaged Musical Touch for a live band for our wedding reception. We were initially dampened by the Covid-19 government restrictions as we thought the live band would be made impossible, but we were pleasantly surprised by Alvin and his team’s efforts to change it up to a virtual live performance. The team was very professional in guiding us through the details of the performance, and told us specifically the points to note while doing the AV testing at the hotel a week before the wedding reception. We were initially a little taken aback by the idea of a virtual live band, but Felicia from Musical Touch took time to brief us through how it’ll be like over an hour-long zoom call, and assured us that it will not be “just like any other youtube video” as what many may think. On the event day, Felicia came down and facilitated the virtual live band extremely well. The song/message dedications from our guests were kept seamless, our singers (Benjamin and Felicia) sang beautifully and even interacted with our guests through the screen by reading out and commenting on those dedications. It almost felt like the band was physically present at scene. While a virtual live band will not 100% be the same as a physical one, we really wish to commend Alvin, Felicia, the band members, and the Musical Touch team for making sure that the live performance was kept genuine, engaging, and almost identical to what we had expected from a physically present live band. We'd definitely recommend Musical Touch and its virtual live performance for any events, especially wedding receptions.

It has been a great experience with Musical Touch. The team is customer-centric and is very prompt in response. We had to postpone the banquet several times due to COVID restrictions and they were very accommodating. Alvin had several calls with us to explain about the package before we place the deposit; and also, to explain about how virtual live band works when the restrictions disallow live singing performance. Our banquet was at Mandarin Oriental, Garden Suite. To be safe, we used ethernet cable for the internet connection for the zoom video call. Overall, the audio quality was good, without any AV glitch. Many thanks to Felicia, our coordinator stationed at the hotel to coordinate with the musicians at the studio. Her good coordination allowed the live stream performance to be smooth and it felt like the band was with us as they reacted to the crowd response. The performance from Ben Hum, Ling Yi and Alvin was great! Our guests were very happy and enjoyed themselves. Some of them even asked how much will it cost to engage a virtual live band. Even though Ben and Ling Yi were both guys, they accepted our song requests for duets and managed it very well. We were very impressed with their singing. Ben and Ling Yi have weekly livestream on YouTube on Monday 9pm, if you’re interested to find out more about their singing. Ling Yi also sang Hokkien song which made our guests very excited. As the performance was virtual, Musical Touch offered to provide the studio recording to us in 2 months’ time which we are very much looking forward to it as we missed most of the performance during the banquet. The team was also able to accede to our requests for march in and to sing birthday song to our guest. After the banquet, Alvin had a quick call with us to understand if there are any feedback for them. We would strongly recommend Musical Touch if you’re looking for live band!
