We have engaged musical touch for our wedding and it is an great experience working with them! The performers, Ling Yi, Jie Ping and Yi Yang, have an amazing voice and they are consistently engaged with the guests. Despite that it is a virtual liveband, the coordinator, Felicia, has worked hard to ensure that every transition is smooth and that every part is well coordinated. It is almost like they are right here with us! Despite the uncertainties due to COVID 19, the team constantly reassured us on their policy and keep us updated on the changes in line with the COVID 19 regulations. The whole process of working with Musical Touch (MT) was smooth. It was flexible to adjust the scope of services due to the evolving COVID-19 situation. I also liked that MT was able to operate quite independently on the actual day without us to be too involved.

We were glad that we engaged Musical Touch for our wedding. Special thanks to Alvin, Jiaxi, Wilson and Li En. We hired Jiaxi as our emcee, despite all restrictions due to pandemic, she managed to entertain the crowd and guests were seen laughing and enjoying themselves throughout the luncheon. What surprises us was we only met her over zoom just few days before our wedding and indeed impressive that she managed to deliver so much on actual day. Alvin is very detailed and patient when it comes to answering our enquiries. Overall, it was a great experience. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

I really appreciated the organized professionalism shown by not only Alvin but by his entire team. The standard of musicians were excellent and I had no problems whatsoever throughout the smooth process. Would definitely use their services again in the future.

We are blessed to have Benjamin and Gwen for the virtual live band performance during our wedding reception who made the event very lively. Our guests were excited to write their song dedications which made it very interactive. Michane our coordinator on site made sure everything was smooth on the day and there were no hiccups at all. Main highlight of the event was definitely the virtual yam seng which made it especially memorable for our guests and us given the Covid-19 restrictions. Alvin and Felicia were very patient and detailed since we enquired about their services, giving us a peace of mind. Overall I will highly recommend anyone having a wedding banquet or event to engage Musical Touch. 5 stars!

It was a great experience engaging Musical Touch. In the midst of the continuously changing Covid restrictions, a big thank you to Alvin & Felicia for all the coordination and for getting back to us so quickly. As live singing is prohibited, the zoom virtual singing was a highly innovative and engaging idea which was well-received by our guests! Also a big thank you to our singers, Benjamin and Li En, and keyboardist Eugene for their superb performance. Overall, we highly recommend Musical Touch.

Due to covid, we have to postpone our banquet twice, and each time, Alvin is very nice and accommodating to help us check the singer, Aedan’s availability promptly! We did thought of cancelling the banquet and getting back the refund of deposit, but we understand from Alvin that they have already paid out of pocket cost to the crew upon our booking, so refund is difficult for them but they have provided a few options ranging to free postponement or conversion to vouchers which is very reasonable. I’m glad that we have decided to proceed with the banquet and performance. Due to covid, there cannot be mingling of guests per table, and no usual yumseng etc. The virtual live music has provided something special and engaging for all guests to look forward to! We especially like Aedan’s vocals. Both Aedan and Alvin have performed really well, and have lots of sass on the virtual live stage. We hope that couples can consider engaging them! Especially if you are a lover of live singing. Due to covid, live singing is prohibited at the moment, and the zoom virtual music offers the next best option. Pls support local talented singers!!!

Musical Touch is highly recommended. From pre event coordination, during event and post event. Everything is as smooth as butter. Thank u Alvin for bring such a good n professional musician, Yutong our singer with beautiful voice. Our guest enjoyed the songs and impressed by the Livestream from studio as liveband is still not allowed. Will definitely engage them for future events!

We chanced upon Musical Touch on Instagram and decided to further enquire. We were planning a 100pax wedding dinner some time before phase 2(ha) was announced. Alvin responded quickly and provided with us more information. Based on their brochures, the pricing was transparent and there was a wide pool of talents to choose from. Our first zoom session with Alvin gave us a clearer picture of how having a virtual band will work out as well as the difference between the various band formations, allowing us to decide on what we would like to have at our wedding based on our budget. We were keen to proceed with a 3 piece band, with two lead singers hoping they will liven up the atmosphere at our wedding. However sometime later receptions were banned and we were ready to postpone our wedding dinner. Alvin and Felicia was understanding and patient throughout the process, they were flexible with the date changes too. As we were nearing our solemnisation date, we decided that it will be nice to have a two piece instrumental live band despite the reception ban. We contacted Alvin and team, they readily agreed to performing live at our venue despite the short lead time. They took on songs they were unfamiliar with and had to specially learn them for the event too. Kudos to the pianist and violinist! From there on, we had a meeting to confirm the schedule, songs and other logistical arrangements. On that day, they coordinated with their sound system team and the venue organisers ensuring that everything went smoothly. The live performance was engaging, they were wonderful ear candies for our guests before/after the solemnisation party. The live instrumental music further elevated the simple solemnisation event with its own special musical touch. Thank you Alvin, Selwyn, Felicia and team :)

We engaged Musical Touch for a 3 piece band in 2019 and due to Covid-19, we had to postpone our wedding once. The team was accommodating and quick to respond to confirm our new postponed date. There were also some last minute changes that they adapted very quickly to. On the day of our wedding, sadly we could only engage the band virtually due to covid-19 restrictions but they were still very professional and interactive by getting our audience to participate with song dedications. The atmosphere wouldn’t be as amazing without the Musical Touch band! If your budget allows, I strongly encourage engaging the team to get a band for your wedding, even a 2 piece band could work!
