My spouse and I hired the services of Musical Touch as the primary entertainment for our dinner reception at Empress @ ACM. It was a great experience and the vast majority of our guests enjoyed their involvement and performances. From pre-confirmation to the performance itself, Musical Touch was easy to communicate with. The performances on the day itself was great and professional; no issues with the set-up and facilitating as well. Overall, a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend to other couples who are considering them.

Despite the pandemic, we are very grateful that we have engaged Musical Touch to go virtual although initially it was supposed to done it physically hence we were quite worried that it might not be a good option. To our surprise, the engagement process was very smooth. Everything was done via Zoom. Just ensure that the venue has a strong WiFi connection. :) The team was very professional as they gave their best keeping our guests engaged and entertained. (We have 1 singer, Yu Tong and 1 keyboardist Alvin) On the actual day there'll be a coordinator to gather the song request from table to table. Since we are unable to mingle much with other tables, I was just sitting at my table enjoying the food and songs dedicated by my guests, so touched! You guys are very talented and amazing. I'd like to thank Alvin and the Musical Touch team for the performance, work involved and dedication to ensure a smooth performance for my wedding dinner. we've stuck with them for 2 years since engaging them. Our actual wedding date was 280320, but the uncertainty from ever changing covid situation and eventual lockdown, meant that i could only do a 10 pax solemnization, and had to postpone our dinner. Alvin was readily available for consult and was very flexible with our rescheduled dates (twice). lets face it, with the current restrictions of mingling between tables and other silly rules, wedding dinners tend to be a quiet affair. i'm so glad i could provide a form of entertainment with a live band virtual live streaming. Co-ordination was easy, just needed the hotel's internet connection, zoom and a computer and Musical touch do their thing. singers have a good repertoire of songs in english, mandarin and canto. i have to admit as Groom, i didn't get to enjoy their performance as i was busy going round greeting tables and getting drunk, but my guests all loved their performance! TLDR; 10/10, would recommend :D

We’ve engaged Musical Touch for our virtual live band on 6 March 2021 and we are very satisfied with the help & service rendered by them. Initially we wanted to cancel the package as physical live performance are not allowed during this period. However, Alvin & team took the extra mile to arrange a zoom meeting to run through an alternative option for virtual live band (while not losing the live performance/engagement touch) and we were sold! Throughout the journey, they had been patient and followed up on all our requests. The virtual live band performance on actual day was fantastic. We didn’t have to worry a thing as the setup and coordination were all done on their end. Would definitely recommend Musical Touch if you are looking a virtual live band to spruce up your event. We engaged Musical Touch for our wedding dinner banquet on the 13th March 2021. We had Leonard and Li Tian as our singers and Alvin as the keyboardist. The guest enjoyed the virtual band performance throughout the dinner. We also engaged Regine as our emcee and she did a really great job in engaging the guests. We also had a coordinator, Felicia on site to facilitate the whole dinner which makes the whole coordination smooth and easy. We didn’t have to worry about anything with her around. Alvin arranged a zoom session prior to signing the agreement and explained to us thoroughly on how the virtual live band works. There’s no pressure in signing with them at all. He also gave recommendations on which singers and emcee to choose from based on our requirements. Overall, it’s a good experience with Musical Touch and it’s a job well done by the team! We came across Musical Touch while doing research for our wedding banquet. We were fascinated and after looking through the reviews on their website, we decided to register our interest. Alvin got in touch with us shortly (within the same day) to arrange a zoom meeting. During the meeting, Alvin was approachable, very clear and upfront about the fees. He also patiently explained how each of the different band setting will fit into our programme on the actual day after understanding our requirements. The meeting with Alvin gave us the assurance to confirm our booking the next day. We were glad to be able to engage Aeden and Yu Tong as our two main singers. Our guests feedback to us that the performance was cool and they loved the concept and their performance. Aeden and Yu Tong also did a fantastic job singing our March-In song and it was so memorable to us. We have also engaged Jiaxi as our emcee for our wedding. Jiaxi made the effort to meet-up with us prior to our wedding to understand about us as a couple and to also go through the wedding day programme and if we have any special request. On the actual day, she did a wonderful job interacting with our guests and sharing story of our courtship. They were very punctual and everything went smoothly. We would also like to thanks Felicia for her prompt response to all our queries on Whatsapp. Overall, we highly recommend Musical Touch to our family and friends and to everyone who are looking for musical performance!

To make our wedding banquet interactive, we thought of having a live band. Initial thought that the restrictions of COVID-19 would be impossible. However, we managed to find musical touch online & to our surprise despite it was a virtual live band, it was more than awesome! We had yutong and Benjamin as our singers & Regine as our emcee! We were very thankful for their best performances put in. Our friends & families enjoyed the live band and were amazed by it. Many also sing praises of Regine who brought live & interaction to our event. She didnt had to have a script, was flexible, and her emcee skills brought closeness to my guest. Would say, having a good emcee for the event is very impt! And we made the right choice in hiring them! All in all, they were very proactive, professional & were well coordinated from the time we enquire their services to even after our wedding. Despite our wedding had some situation with the uncooperative AV at the hotel, but musical touch helped us managed the situation so well that my guest and us didnt felt sth went wrong only when we were being informed after the wedding. This was how professional, responsible, and proactice they were. U will feel reassured hiring them for your events. You can believe in them, even its virtual during this COVID-19 time. Definetly, musical touch is sth i would recommend to my friends & families!

we have engaged musical touch for our wedding day. due to covid, live bands are not allowed but musical touch came up with the idea of live streaming. at first we were skeptical about this but it turn out great. felicia our coordinator did the set up quick and fuss free. our singers are jee yon and sheena. as we have very unique choice of songs, jee yon and sheena did a superb job; especially jee yon. he did a very good job in delivering songs like 雪花飘飘, 野狼Disco and the lion sleeps tonight.

Their services were competitively priced and they provided us with good samples and explanations of their services so that we had a solid understanding of what to expect. It was definitely a right choice engaging Musical Touch for our wedding on 31st Jan 2021. From enquiry till our big day, Musical Touch (Alvin & Felicia) were ever-present to guide us on what to expect, things to prep and even potential hiccups. Of course, because of their thorough explanation and planning, the performance ran smoothly. The singers (Li En & Jayden) and keyboardist (Eugene) for our wedding gave a flawless performance. Many of our guests enjoyed the music and even commended us for engaging them and having a livestream performance. Li En also helped to perform our two march-in songs which, to be honest, we were worried at first whether it would sound okay with a live performance, but our worries are unfounded as she sang them both beautifully. We also engaged an emcee, Regine, through Musical Touch, who hosted our wedding with ease. She was also very professional and provided us with a lot of assurance before and during the wedding. Really glad that we did this as we did not have to worry about the coordination between the emcee and the virtual live performers. All in all, we were very happy with the service provided and performance put up and would surely recommend our friends to engage Musical Touch for any major events. Musical Touch really brightened up my wedding. Due to Covid, the live band that was planned for our wedding was converted to Zoom live band. Initially, We had some doubts on whether there would be any hiccups with the Zoom live band, but my worries were unfounded.
