Musical Touch was great to work with from the moment we engaged them for our wedding! Despite having to convert our band to a virtual live band, there was so much to be amazed by. Yu Tong was an excellent emcee, and the 4-piece band comprising Novabelle, Wilson, Jacelyn and Yi Yang performed well for our guests. They read out dedications by our guests and also performed many song requests. Even over the hotel wifi, there were no technical issues and because of them, we had a magical wedding! Recommended!

Engaging Musical Touch for our wedding was an amazing experience. We were supposed to have their live band for our banquet, but due to COVID-19; we had to change it to a live stream for the band. Although unheard of, my wife and I were glad we chose to stick to this because my guests had so much fun listening to the band. All my thanks goes to Yoke Ling and Benjamin (and Yao Zong) for the amazing energy, liveliness and voices that made our wedding a fun filled experience. Shoutout to Regine for being an amazing emcee, Alvin and Michane for coordinating the whole thing as well! For anyone else, please do approach Musical Touch for your band/emcee needs. They are a fun bunch, with loads of professionalism. I whole heartedly endorse Musical Touch, and I strongly recommend everyone else to approach them.

Discovered Musical Touch on Bridestory website while looking for an entertainment for our wedding one year ago. I discuss with my husband to ask for their enquiry, Alvin really a fast response and explain their service very well also. We are falling in love with Nathalie, so we decided to proceed on with them. Covid19 is coming to the world, we almost want to given up with our wedding entertainment because of many restricted. Alvin really give his best work to make it comfortable for both of us. We agreed to do a performance by virtual. It's really new for us, because we still put a hope able to do it like a normal. Two days before actual day, Alvin give a bad news if Nathalie (our appointed singer) cant do her job because of SHN. Luckily, Alvin came to us with a solution and offer us another singer who is available for our wedding date, and finally Regine become our singer.. i can tell, Alvin is really professional. He is not come to us with bad news only, but come with a few solution. On Actual day, Michane come help us a coordinator to distribute song list to Regine & Alvin. She help us as a with a video montage also. We are so lucky, she willing to help for that! Even though, have a small technical issue in the beginning, but after that everything run so smooth. All of our guest happy and enjoy with their performance. Lastly, we are very grateful able to engage with Musical Touch , Alvin, Michane & Regine. Thankyou so much for make our wedding night become colourful with your music!

We were originally only looking for an emcee for our wedding and the idea of a virtual band didn't really seem very enticing. After contacting Alvin, he set up a video meeting with us the next day. We had several concerns about engaging a virtual band but he was very patient and explained to us in great detail on how it works so that we can have a peace of mind. Prices were very transparent so there were no hidden costs. We ended up engaging an emcee and a 3 piece virtual band. Their support from the planning to the execution during the event was thorough and they followed up well and responded very quickly when we had questions. Alvin worked well with our event manager and even went down to the venue to make sure they had everything ready before the actual day, turns out doing a live stream is not easy and we are glad that we can leave all the technical details to him. Aftersales follow up was also great, he gave us a call discuss with us about what we thought went well or not and he was very open to any feedback. We're so glad that we engaged their services as both the band and emcee was fantastic and it really made our event much livelier! Highly recommend.

First discovered them on Google while looking for a wedding band. We submitted an enquiry and Alvin and Michane responded very promptly. Alvin sent us an email with the brochure attached and contacted us to understand our wedding more to better recommend which package would be most suitable for us. He was not pushy at all and made us very comfortable and confident of their services. Even during this COVID situation, Alvin and Michane, were very pro active in giving us the latest updates and trying to figure out how to best proceed forward. We decided to proceed on with our wedding and they made the necessary arrangements. Our family and friends complimented the band even though they were playing thru a live stream. Alvin and Michane made it interactive with the dedication slips that the musicians read out throughout the night. It was a very fun and enjoyable night! This review is long overdue, but engaging Musical Touch for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made. The entire experience was perfect - from first chatting with Alvin, to picking the singers and instruments, to the actual day performance. Alvin and his team did an incredible job ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Plus, the quality of his singers and musicians were top-notch as well. For those of you that are planning a wedding, you know how much of a headache it can be dealing with multiple vendors at once, ESPECIALLY if they are not responsive and you end up having to chase them. This is exactly what makes musicaltouch so different - they were very professional, SUPER efficient, and always quick in replying to our queries. In fact, Alvin was mostly the one proactively following up with us and chasing us on all the minor details leading up to the big day. We didn't have to worry about them at all throughout the whole process. On the actual day, the setup was done without a glitch and the musicians were brilliant. We received tons of compliments and many guests were asking us about the band. Our friends even told us that they were enjoying it so much that it felt like a mini concert! People were super engaged, waving their arms in the air, shining flashlights from their phones, and singing along. The band definitely created a fun and intimate atmosphere during our wedding. And here’s the cherry to top it all off: our guitarist even played an acoustic instrumental version of Canon in D that he learnt off a youtube link I sent a couple of weeks earlier. Awesome stuff! (WW, if you're reading this, sincerely thank you for that) TL;DR: If you're reading this and looking for a live band, just go with Musical Touch. Trust me you won't regret it. And no, Alvin didn't pay me to say that! Alvin, kudos to you and your team for everything. My wife and I would engage you guys again in a heartbeat. Best wedding band ever.

Musical Touch has lighted up our wedding so much we are beyond words. Everyone enjoyed themselves with the nice music and crystal clear voice of the singer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a band to play in their wedding.

Got a two-piece band and they performed really well! Alvin was great in liasing with us and providing advice. We got Yu Tong as our vocalist and she wowed the guests. Many of our guests came up to us and complimented her voice. Besides that, the guests were also given dedication slips where they could write their song dedications as well as wishes to us. The band was one of the highlights of our wedding and we definitely did not regret hiring them!

There were some hiccups with the March in songs as I was not advised properly by the team that I need to provide them with the details of the March in (like when to start, stop at where etc). I was just told to give them the songs that's all. However, on the actual day, they were able to coordinate among themselves and settled on where and when to start and stop the songs for my march-in and everything proceeded on smoothly. Kudos to their professionalism! All in all, I would recommend getting them for your wedding! My guests really enjoyed the band and even shouted for Encore!

Engaged Musical Touch's 4-piece live band for my wedding. Great live music, vocalists and amazing crew!! The singer, Sheena double up as emcee and she did incredibly well! All in all, received great feedback from our guests. They enjoyed the performances and mostly positive feedback from them:) Though the sounds system could be improved. Some of the guests commented the voice fades off once in a while.
