Musical Touch performed for our wedding dinner on 31 Jan 2021. The feedback provided by everyone was: 'you sure this was live'? Their performance impressed everyone and the entertainment left a lasting impression. We always wanted a band to perform our favourite songs and add some intimate feel to our march-ins. Sadly, COVID-19 only allowed a live stream performance. To be honest, we were a little skeptical with the live band performance. But we and all our guests were proven wrong. The live band really adds on to the atmosphere of the wedding banquet, songs were wonderful, kept the guests entertained with the dedication slips and they engaged so well with our guests. It felt like they were 'friends' that knew us despite not having met before. Despite some technical hiccups (which were already pre-empted), everything else was so smooth. Adding a personal touch was where the band would stop singing (music still continued) when we were going up the stage was greatly appreciated. Thank you Alvin, Benjamin, Mavis and Felicia for joining us in the celebrations, laughter and joy that evening. Thank you for 'rewriting the stars' with us. We engaged Alvin and his team to provide a virtual 4-piece band at our wedding lunch reception. They were very professional in the whole experience. Initially, he provided a detailed explanation of how a virtual band would be like, to allay any concerns we may have and gave us the confidence to engage with them. The performance itself was great, with our guests giving positive feedback. The song dedications from our guests also came non-stop and the band's efforts at interacting with the audience kept the atmosphere lively and upbeat, much needed especially among the COVID restrictions that put a dampener on the celebrations. Highly recommended!

We are really glad we chose to engage Musical Touch! We were upset when we thought we can't have any live performances at our wedding. I came across MT's ad one day and messaged them to ask more. Alvin, was very efficient and served us almost immediately. We liked everything they shared and decided to book them on the spot. We also liked that we can customise our own band by choosing the number of singers or musicians ourselves. During the wedding, our guests were able to write song dedications to us or even to their loved ones, and a coordinator on site will update the singers about the dedication cards. We really appreciate their efforts, it was as if like the band was physically there! The emcee we engaged was very professional and fluent in both English and Chinese. She was able to adapt quickly to changes on the spot. The singers knew a wide range and variety of songs. There was a good mixture of songs in both languages and a good balance of different genre. They even check in with us before the event if we would like to request for any particular songs. Overall, the whole experience was great and we couldn't ask for more. They even dressed formally even though they were not physically there. Highly recommended for couples getting married soon, they are professionals!

We engaged musical touch virtual live band with Alvin, Yutong and Aedan for my wedding on 16 Jan 2021 and it was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I were a little reserved at first but Alvin was patient and assured us that the quality and feel is not compromised. On the day itself it really did sound like a real live band, if u close your eyes u will think the band is really present at the ballroom. The quality, echo is completely unlike Spotify or CD. Alvin even sent a coordinator down to make sure the live band plays my march in song on the dot and to receive song requests from the guests and it was unexpectedly overwhelming as there were too many requests because everyone loved the band and sadly not all played due to limited time. The setup was really simple too. As the band is at the studio , there was no need for any sound check or speaker setup. The coordinator just came by at 6pm to connect via zoom in less than 5 mins and all was done. All the sound mixing/ tuning was done by the band at the studio. To those of u who think that virtual live band is not different from Spotify, u are dead wrong. I highly recommend Musical Touch! Great price, great music, my friends and family really enjoyed !

Musical touch strived hard to make virtual live band at our wedding at Hilton Singapore successful. Alvin was sincere in addressing our doubts about virtual live band and did a technical trial with us prior to our actual day. The sound of virtual live band was very good, similar to having a live band at our wedding as they live stream from a studio environment. We did not face any issues with lagging or disruption to connection on our actual day. A coordinator from Musical Touch was present to coordinate the starting of the march in song and the grand entrance. We did not face any hiccups. Everything went smoothly as planned and we were glad to have a virtual live band which liven up the atmosphere in the midst of covid when guests are not allowed to intermingle with different tables. Songs dedications were still allowed. Special thanks to Yokez for her amazing voice, Caleb for his lovely piano skills and Regine for her professional emcee skills. We did not regret choosing musical touch as they got us the best combination of people for our wedding.

Therese and I engaged with Musical Touch to perform at our wedding on 9 Jan 2021. However because of Covid-19, they performed live but virtually at a separate studio with the audio and video of the band transmitted through zoom to the wedding venue. TLDR (too long didn’t read), we think that Musical Touch was exemplary and are glad we engaged them even though the playing was done live virtually over zoom. Long review: With regards to the professionalism of Alvin and his team at Musical Touch, I would say that they were excellent. Alvin personally zoomed us and explained to us their various packages very clearly. Furthermore, the pricing for each component of their services were stated clearly from the start and fully transparent. We are also pleased that Alvin also personally called after the wedding to review the band’s performance which we think is small little thing to showcase their commitment to improving their service standards. We asked for for a 4 piece band, with our main singers being Jie Ping and Benjamin Hum. On the actual day itself, guests commented that the virtual live band over zoom was good as a whole. It is truly a pity that they could not be there in person to perform because the atmosphere would have been even more amazing. But regardless, it was nearly as good over zoom and our guests said that they really enjoyed the wedding because of the band. We think that the band in general is hugely talented and are fortunate to have them for our wedding. Guests were very happy to be able to dedicate songs to play for us, there were so many dedications that the band could not even finish playing all of the songs! We only wished that perhaps the band could have known a little more oldies songs because feedback from the older guests from our wedding was that the band did not know how to play most of their songs. Anyways to end of, thank you Musical Touch for making our wedding banquet a truly enjoyable experience for us and all our guests.

I really want to thank Alvin, Sheena, Wilson, Regine and Jacelyn for providing live virtual music and entertainment for our wedding guests. My guests really enjoyed the dedication process and it was heart-warming to read their messages to us. The virtual live band is almost as good as having live music for your wedding. Alvin and his team are also very responsive to our queries and accommodating to our requests. Planning the wedding with them is a breeze. Really value for money.

This will be my honest review for MT. Alvin is very professional, efficient and meticulous. He runs through the presentation thoroughly. One of the key thing that I absolutely value is the pricing transparency. Secondly, the short performance video shown for 2p vs 3p vs 4p band was certainly useful for us to make quick decisions. MT has pool of talents for you to choose- you will be spoilt for choice! Having a virtual live band definitely set the right ambience, your guest would surely feel the sincerity of the couple. Not to mention, they have an on site coordinator to ensure smooth transition. We have received several enquiries and compliments over Sheena and Benjamin power cords. My cousin, a critique queen, to our pleasant surprise, praised their performances and even inquire about them. The guests were entertained. Also, we are grateful that Alvin reminded us on the choice of songs and check in on us if we have anything. The only thing that anyone need to take note of is to have the screen minimised/closed esp during first March in esp if the ballroom screen is huge..so that you don’t look like you’re marching towards them. Right from the start, Musical Touch stood out for its range of quality singers, flexibility in band arrangements, and personal touch in services. We were very impressed by the repertoire of songs and musical capabilities of the performers from Musical Touch. We were also happy to note that the prices for engaging performances by Musical Touch were budget-friendly. Our main coordinators, Alvin and Michane were prompt in their replies to our requests and questions, sending timely updates and confirmation of admin details. As our wedding dinner took place in Dec 2020 when live singing was still not allowed, Alvin took the time and effort to explain the alternative virtual live performance. While there were minor technical hiccups on the day itself at the start, the issues were quickly resolved professionally by Alvin and his team, who were on site to facilitate the technical arrangements. Special appreciation goes to Jee Yon and Yu Tong, our selected singers, who were exceptional during the virtual live performance. Our guests could not stop praising and complimenting their lovely voices and chemistry. They went the extra mile to engage with the guests over the Zoom live performance instead of merely singing the dedicated songs. Although it was a Zoom performance, the quality of the performance was excellent and there were no issues with streaming. Our wedding dinner celebration was made even more memorable because of the addition of the virtual live performance. It was one of our best decisions to engage Musical Touch for our wedding dinner celebration. :)

Wanna say big thanks to Musical Touch for being there to perform at our wedding. We were glad they provided the option to do a virtual performance during this pandemic and it was almost as close to having them perform live as they were still able to receive song dedications from our guests. This was made possible when Alvin and Michane were also there at the venue to coordinate with the singers and the guests. Our guests were surprised as they were watching the singers sing live and was excited to send their song dedications.
