Darren at the Promo Group assisted me with an order on extremely tight deadlines (that no one else would assist with) and delivered exceptional service and the products I needed - in time for when I needed them. I can't stress enough the excellent service and dedicated follow ups that solved what could have been a potential disaster for our event. Highly recommend this company and in particular their service ambassador, Darren. What a gem of a sales person!
