I honestly don't even know where to begin. Amelda Roux has been an absolute gem each time I ordered any items from her. From the first email that normally starts with "Hello Amelda" to the last one that ends with " I have received all items and I love it". She really is so passionate about what she does and always makes sure that I am 120% happy. I promise that she is not standing besides me with a gun to my head making me write this - she really is just THAT good at what she does. I am not too sure if it is the quality of the products we always receive or if it is her smooth words that keeps us coming back for more but what ever it is - she's got it! How does that Maybelline add go .. "Maybe she is born with it" - I truly believe she is born with it - what ever it may be - she's definitely got it.
