What a fabulous experience!! Dennis was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, extremely conscientious and thorough as well as kind, neat and explained the entire process to us. We had our ducts cleaned as well as our upstairs carpets cleaned. The whole house smells wonderful and we feel truly cared about. The owner of the company, Randy, was the one who scheduled our work and he was very kind, and took time explaining everything as well. He is passionate about what he does and I’ve had other companies do this job but On the Spot is by far the most conscientious and thorough caring company that I’ve hired. I will ALWAYS call them in the future!

Also, very reasonably priced. I called around to about a half dozen places, and while these guys aren't the absolute cheapest, it seemed the best bang for your buck.

Excellent! I was notified when they were on their way, Alicia introduced herself and was very nice and upbeat! She did an amazing job even on my younger daughter’s room who is obsessed with makeup and crafts! Highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them in the future!!

TOP TOP TIER Hands down best company to hire with any ductwork situation, very very easy going and hands down the most genuine employee’s I’ve ever encountered with a company. I could not find a company to help out with my situation and company’s were charging an arm and a leg for service and I just couldn’t afford them and just to get someone sent to my house was ridiculously expensive. Thankfully I came across this company who not only understood my situation but literally took care of it within a few minutes. I had a technician named Johnny Lee stop by and remove a phone from my basement ductwork, and literally costed me 0$ for the whole service. God sent I can say, thank you guys for everything and may blessings continue coming your way.
