Today I had all my house vents cleaned and sanitized. I also had my dryer vent cleaned. On the Spot Cleaners did a great job. I was VERY pleased and so happy I used their services. From my first call to them and speaking to Nichole, who was so informative and helpful to their technician, Johnny Lee, who was very professional and you could see took great pride in doing a good job. After having a different carpet cleaning company cancel on us last minute I panicked as we had a company scheduled to take pictures of my mother's house before it was listed for sale. I called On The Spot and was leaving a message and before I could even finish my message a lovely girl named Nichole called me back. After explaining my situation she said that she would see what she could do and would call me back within the hour. In less than 10 minutes she called back and said that she was able to fit me into their schedule for Weds. at lunchtime(I called her Monday in the late afternoon). Nichole was not only kind and understanding but also very efficient at her job. On Weds., as promised, Mitch arrived at my Mom's house in a van that was upfitted with an amazing self-contained steam cleaning system. In less than an hour and a half, he steam cleaned an entire ranch home which consisted of a huge living room, dining room, den, two bedrooms and a hallway. Not only was he fast but did an amazing job!! The carpets look beautiful and the whole house smells great!! To top it all off...the price was AWESOME!! Thank you On The Spot Cleaners for a job well done!! You went above and beyond and we will be referring your company to all our family and friends!!
