Had a slight glitch. Called the girls in the front office and they did a great job. Set up appointment to check out my concern and the next thing I know, the Owner is sitting with me at my kitchen table. Great guy and very sincerely concerned about making everything good and his/his company's reputation. I highly recommend. MRC Addendum on 1.25.24..... I appreciate the jobs that Nichole, Lindsay, Dennis, and Randy cheerfully provided us. DO NOT go anywhere else.

On the Spot set up an appointment for me but kept me on a list to come earlier if they had a cancellation. They did and I was able to have my duct work done much sooner. Ducts had never been cleaned. The house is 50 years old. The technician was on time, was efficient and friendly. She even gave me a quote for having my basement carpet cleaned which I will probably do in the future.
