On the Spot set up an appointment for me but kept me on a list to come earlier if they had a cancellation. They did and I was able to have my duct work done much sooner. Ducts had never been cleaned. The house is 50 years old. The technician was on time, was efficient and friendly. She even gave me a quote for having my basement carpet cleaned which I will probably do in the future.

I had the ducts cleaned and a few rugs shampooed. Dennis, the tech, was excellent. My house is a little older (1880s) with a 3/4 height basement so it’s difficult to navigate in, but he made it work. He explained everything before he did it, wore boot covers inside the house the keep the floors clean, and was even careful about my cats and working with me to make sure they didn’t escape. Plus the communication and reminders about my appointment beforehand were excellent. You always get to speak to a real person with On the Spot Cleaners. Highly recommended.
