Fantastic service from beginning to end. Initial assessment with Steve was very easy. He explained and answered all of our questions on what was needed to be done. Estimate was provided within hours and they worked with us to get the project scheduled around our availability. On the day of the mold remediation portion of the project, the techs arrived on time and ready to go. The lead tech Mitch was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained thoroughly the process and answered all questions about the project, and made me feel at ease about the project. They were our first call when we discovered a potential mold issue. Project manager Steve came out and did a full walk through, patiently listening and answering our questions with knowledge and experience. With our mold fears eased, he went out of his way to explain features on our HVAC system and while doing so, discovered our air filter in rough shape. Without hesitation, he helped us take the old air filter out and install a new one- eliminating potential respiratory issues and increasing efficiency of our system and our air quality!
