The young bloke working there at register 25/3/23 is hands down the best customer service you'll get in Cairns. Very welcoming and goes above and beyond customers expectations. He is truly an asset to your store. And the product range and in store availablity is excellent. You can see tents set up great displays.

Came in for a couple of things that were listed on the website as in stock and they actually were.
Unlike BCF and Anaconda this store is really well laid out and actually has plenty of stock.
Really good brands and excellent prices on Darche, Engel etc.
Will be sure to go here first for camping and outdoors gear.
Highly recommended.

Really friendly staff n great range of products was after an esky drain plug - tried anaconda and Bcf none had it- but I googled part and did an online order on their website n part was ready n waiting for me i paid and was really happy - my new fav camping store!
