Attended the store yesterday had a great range of products from reputable brands. Store is located centrally at the Showgrounds shopping centre on Mulgrave Road. Staff friendly and helpful.Also great to see Australian Made brands supported by Tentworld.

Limited tents on display. To be honest the only reason I go into a physical store is to see the tent in person fully set up. Good selection of tents though overall and camping equipment

A new store recently opened in Cairns at Showground shopping centre. I good range of all camping requirements at competitive prices. ♿️ friendly entry with suitable parking about 50 meters further down the footpath. Easiest access to the wheelchair parking is to enter from Mulgrave Road and drive straight to the end bays of the carpark.

Bought a rooftop tent and had to wait weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived, it was damaged, so I couldn’t use it on the planned camping trip. I’m not even picky, but this is extreme — there are around 15 scratches in total, and not all of them are shown in this video. The staff at the shop were very nice, but I’m not sure whether the issue lies with Darche or Tentworld. Unfortunately, all they can offer is a replacement rather than letting you keep the tent with a discount. Considering the effort it took to transport it home, doing it all over again (plus the extra waiting time and needing to hire someone to help) is a real hassle. It’s also a waste of money and resources. I bought this brand expecting quality and to avoid spending time dealing with customer service. Very disappointed — I could have just gone with a cheaper brand.

The guy at the reception doesn’t know their products. I think his name is Taka.
Bought a set of Exitrax mount, at the counter I asked him if there are the bolts to mount the Exitrax mount to my rooftop platform.
The guy said yes so I bought it.
Came home and found there are no bolts in the box. Came back to the shop asked to return the product because that’s it doesn’t come with the bolts as he told me.
Bought the product back for return because the information that he provide was incorrect. The guy refused to return and only offered exchange or store credit. But they don’t have product that suits my need.
He doesn’t know anything about recovery tracks accessories. Doesn’t know that there are M6 and M8 bolts. Doesn’t know that there are normal bolts and T bolts. Doesn’t know the difference between mounting pins and mounting bolts and just brush it off.
Do not recommend and will not comeback.
