Bought a rooftop tent and had to wait weeks for delivery. When it finally arrived, it was damaged, so I couldn’t use it on the planned camping trip. I’m not even picky, but this is extreme — there are around 15 scratches in total, and not all of them are shown in this video. The staff at the shop were very nice, but I’m not sure whether the issue lies with Darche or Tentworld. Unfortunately, all they can offer is a replacement rather than letting you keep the tent with a discount. Considering the effort it took to transport it home, doing it all over again (plus the extra waiting time and needing to hire someone to help) is a real hassle. It’s also a waste of money and resources. I bought this brand expecting quality and to avoid spending time dealing with customer service. Very disappointed — I could have just gone with a cheaper brand.
