Our bathroom needed a total overhaul. We decided to visit All Bathroom Gear based on the positive online reviews and we were not disappointed. From the initial visit to the showroom, the inspection and ongoing discussions, we could not fault the expertise and service received from Paul, Tobi and their team. They asked the right questions to make sure that our needs were met and provided great recommendations on all of the bathroom items we required.
If you are looking for a company to oversee your project from the beginning to end, you have come to the right place. The work of all of the tradespeople – carpenters, waterproofers, tilers, electricians and painters was excellent overseen by Walter the Project Manager. It was great having a copy of the project plan so we knew who would turn up each day. Thank you very much for our beautiful bathroom.

Paul, Tobi and the team were top notch from start to finish! I'd describe them as friendly, professional, adaptable, timely and efficient. Each time I visited or met them they were welcoming and listened to my requirements and concerns. They use an industry standard contract, making it easy to understand and detailing start and finish dates and part payment stages. The work by them and their sub-contractors was performed on time (or slightly ahead) to a high quality and safety standard while taking care not to damage the flat. They kept me up to date and called me with solutions if they ran into any unforeseen issues. They even had a professional cleaner at the end to clean the unit end to end. The full unit renovation took 7 weeks to complete and cost 15% more than anticipated but I'm fine with that. I've attached some photos to see the before and after. I'll definitely go with them again and can recommend them!

A big thank you to all the team at All Bathroom Gear. Everyone has horror stories about renovations but right from the first time I called and spoke to Paul, I was happy. I love everything about my new Ensuite, Bathroom, Toilet and Laundry. The team were incredibly hard working and dedicated to quality work. I felt very comfortable having them in my house. The whole team were friendly and respectful. If there were any issues, I didn't know about them because Walter the Project Manager looked after everything and made the whole thing stress free. He kept me informed when I needed to be and kept the stress away. Just what I wanted!

We requested quotes from 3 different places for an insurance job and Gavin Chuah, Showroom Sales Consultant replied. The other companies didn't reply in a timely manner or were really late, even though one came through cheaper, I decided to stay with this company due to the communication. .Gavin's follow up , his advice , the communication was exceptional. He was patient, emails professional with a personal touch made the transactions simple and timely. The work was great and well done. Highly recommend liaising with Gavin, he should be in management. Much appreciated.

We dealt with Henri during the sales process, and then Paul for the build (as by that point Henri had sold the business). Bathrooms were completed on schedule, and with only minor variations. Full cost breakdown provided for variation and PS/PC items. Detailed schedule provided at start of build. Good communication. Only waiting on one minor issue to be addressed post-handover. Great work Paul and the team, would happily engage you guys again!

Absolutely brilliant service by Paul and the team in creating our dream bathrooms. Paul was extremely professional, friendly and approachable and let us know of the progression as the project unfolded. All the tradesmen that attended were professional, friendly and offered a very high quality service. They followed all issues/amendments we needed promptly. Thanks to All Bathroom gear we love our new bathrooms. I wouldn't think twice about recommending these guys to anyone!

If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. This has been the most stress free and smoothest renovation project - a designated project manager who is the only person you need to communicate with throughout the whole process. Paul was beyond amazing and genuinely cared about our project - inspections throughout the reno was done thoroughly and details to attention were paid. He also sent us an update email on a weekly basis. Even if problems arose Paul was immediately sourcing a solution. All the tradesmen involved were also efficient and professional - all cleaned up after themselves and were polite.
Thank you for a wonderful reno experience and my now gorgeous modern bathrooms!!
