After having a terrible experience across the street at the Dupage Dodge dealer, my husband and I decided to go to Sunrise Chevrolet. When we walked in we were greeted right away and explained our situation and what had just happened. It was closer to closing time and I didn't realize it but our salesman Mike S. came right over and sat with us, he was very attentive to our situation and told us straight out that he would help us find the right car for us. Mike not only helped us he was honest and straight forward with all of our options. We gave him a budget and he stuck to it, he didn't try to over sell us on anything. He listen to us and spoke with us like he has know us for years. The customer service experience was by far the best I have ever had when car shopping. He walked us through every step of the way. We walked in feeling defeated and embrassed from just having a horrible experience across the street and walked out happy and satisfied with our decision in purchasing our new 2022 Equinox. We definitely felted valued as customer and will be returning when it's time to upgrade again. Thank you to everyone at Sunrise that listened and helped us achieve our goal.

I had an alignment warranty issue with my new Chevrolet truck that I purchased from another dealer. I contacted a dealership and they told me they would need a whole day to diagnose and correct the problem. I called Dan Wurzer at Sunrise Chevrolet on the recommendation of the service manager at the Audi dealership I work at. Dan was able to fit me into the service department's schedule on Saturday so that I wouldn't have to take off any work. He told me that I would be able to wait while the work was being done. The work was completed in less than an hour. My new truck now tracks straight and the steering wheel is now straight as well. Dan didn't try to sell or push anything else at me like so many service writers try. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and definitely will bring my truck back to Dan Wurzer and Sunrise Chevrolet for any service that it will need in the future.
