Excellent service, brought my 08 Buick LaCrosse in to get my power steering fixed, I called early in the day and was able to bring my car in a few hours later, John and crew took care of my car, and got it back up and running the following day once parts arrived, fair pricing, would definitely go back again to get my Buick serviced here.

I want to iterate that this is not a paid review at all!!! I had the most amazing experience with Don at Sunrise Chevy. He was patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and just and overall great guy. I arrived as a just looking customer and left amazed over the service given. If you ever visit Sunrise make sure to request DON because you will have the easiest non-pressured experience ever and leave feeling satisfied and not stressed out like other dealerships can make you feel especially when you are a woman going in by yourself. I also interacted with the manager and he was nothing short of amazing. Due to an emergency situation on my end, I had to leave and planned to come back that Monday but the car sold soon as I left. (hey that's how the car business works so I understand totally) However I couldn't believe that Don personally called me and informed me of the sale, which was awesome..I refuse to go to another dealer because he was just that kind so we are actively looking for another vehicle for my family. Don; great customer service goes a long way especially when people have been through so much in the last two years and you get that! THANK YOU!!

Thanks to Julia from the service department. Even though some of my visits have been inconvenient I always get the best customer service from her. She’s quick and efficient and friendly. Thanks for putting me in a loaner when it wasn’t clear how long my repairs would take.
