This was my first time ever at Sunrise Chevrolet. I went in to service a recall on my Tahoe. I was welcomed by a friendly and professional member of the service team, Julia. She checked me in, offered to provide a shuttle and car wash. I was in and out within a timely manner. I went on a busy Friday morning but the team seemed like they were very organized and had customers flowing smoothly. The waiting area was nice, they have a coffee station, and since there were customers already there, I was directed to the waiting area by the showroom. It was comfortable and I was able to watch TV and get a little work done on my phone while I waited. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. My recall was fixed but I have to return as soon as the parts for another issue that were ordered arrive. Thank you Julia and the service team for an easy first visit.

Overall an efficient, friendly process from an internet search to driving off the lot with a wonderful find processed by Mike Solare. A couple of suggestions to move to the next level of service as a dealership. First, update the store hours on the site linked to truecar.com. Second, let the customer know if the vehicle requires Premium gas when showing the vehicle. We recognized the value, but were surprised it was not mentioned in the description or on the lot.

We went to 7 or so local Chevy dealers and had no luck. Sunrise was the complete opposite. As soon as we walked on the lot, we were greeted with excellent service. Kevin was genuinely friendly and his service was above and beyond. We could not be more happy with our experience here and highly recommend purchasing from Sunrise.
