This was my first time ever at Sunrise Chevrolet. I went in to service a recall on my Tahoe. I was welcomed by a friendly and professional member of the service team, Julia. She checked me in, offered to provide a shuttle and car wash. I was in and out within a timely manner. I went on a busy Friday morning but the team seemed like they were very organized and had customers flowing smoothly. The waiting area was nice, they have a coffee station, and since there were customers already there, I was directed to the waiting area by the showroom. It was comfortable and I was able to watch TV and get a little work done on my phone while I waited. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. My recall was fixed but I have to return as soon as the parts for another issue that were ordered arrive. Thank you Julia and the service team for an easy first visit.
