I had a remote starter installed on my 2019 Chevy Trax and the service was excellent. I used the shuttle to get to work and once my car was finished they picked me up. I worked with Mr. Jim.

Another great experience getting my car fixed. Dan in service let me know they had an unforeseen problem with a part and notified he me right away. They put me in a loaner until the part came in and made the repair. Great Job!

I have always had such a pleasant experience with Sunrise Chevy. I purchased my first car from them in 2013 and John N in the service department always took good care of me. Such an easy process! I had already been to 2 dealerships earlier in the day and was not looking to “play the game” anymore. Luckily, nobody at Sunrise was either. I was set up with Bob Perri, and was concerned when hearing it was his 1st day on the job. Well, thankfully he had over 20 years experience at dealerships, and we came to an agreement on a certified Chevy Equinox with very little “let me check with my boss”s. Every single person involved from the managers, salesmen, service manager, finance guy, and even cashier were so outstanding. It was just the way a car buying experience should be!

I met Jim in service department in 2015 with my Malibu I'm the second owner of it I've been dealing with a nemesis called multiple sclerosis Jim understands and knows this he's my ambassador I never have nothing to worry about when I bring my car there and give it to him. Actually Jim is more than that he actually checks in with me about my car and the oil changes and just minimum maintenance he doesn't have to do that. And Jim he always comes up with a surprise for you I had my car in for a lot of work steering column and things but head light was out headlight I didn't have out headlight when I left. Jim I asked him he smiled he says just go home bill Merry Christmas. See it's always good to see a Sunrise and a sunset.
