Traded in my 2015 Silverado for a 2020 rst z71. Michael was a great help finding the right truck at SUNRISE CHEVY. And Julia in the service department is a ROCKSTAR. I dropped my truck off and couldn’t find the key drop, I had previously left my keys in the gas tank flap and it was all good, but the second time there was a miscommunication. She proceeded to get my truck in, gave it the run down, oil, fluids, everything. And for my trouble she through in an oil change. Best service rep I’ve ever dealt with. I highly recommend going in and talking to JULIA at the service counter; She will solve everything.
