I go to Sunrise all the time to get my Cruze looked at whenever I need. I’ve had Jennifer help me multiple times. Her customer service is top notch. Very polite, well spoken, and helpful. The work on my car is always on point and I never need to return for the same issue. Shout out to the porter as well, he was very busy and running around making sure everyone was taken care of. Great team all around.

Car broke down 3 miles away. After waiting for a tow for 3 hours IDOT showed up and was able to assist me. I wanted to go to Sunrise as it was close to my blowout. Upon arriving Joe assistant service manager already had my info ready to go. They got me in and out within 30 minutes and got me a loaner so I could proceed to work. I was notified 2x within 24 hours of my vehicles progress and it was in fact done earlier than expected. As someone who deals with dealership personnel daily for work I can say that Sunrises Service and Loanee department are one of the best I’ve seen. Thanks to everyone who made a horrible morning yesterday much better.P
