I didn't have an appointment but needed to have my Malibe checked up before getting on a relatively long trip. I called a couple of other Chevy dealership around and was told that I needed to arrange at least a day ahead except at Sunrise. John told me that without an appointment they still would love to help me out. So I left my car with Sunrise while Julia helped arrange the service and shuttle to drop me off at home and later picked up. I had my car serviced and had a wonderful trip without worrying about my car's performance. I'd recommend Sunrise Chevy to everyone!
