Coming to this dealership was a breath of fresh air. I had numerous problems from the start with my 2019 Chevy Trax that I had gotten from another dealership. When I finally was able to resolve all the issues, I couldn't wait to jump ship and move away from having to deal with them. My parents had highly recommended me coming to Sunrise since they had been coming here for years. Now I do too :)! From the start when I arranged my appointment over the phone, everyone was super friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed. Jennifer has been my person of contact and she is amazing. Always on point with getting things done, great communication and made sure that all my questions were answered. I love that Sunrise has a text option too, that if I can't answer my phone right away, that I can text someone who will respond with details on how my service appointment is going. Did I mention I finally can use a shuttle service! I know there is a area range for where they can drop you off, and I am in range and super happy that I can drop my car off before work and be able to still get to work on time. This has been super awesome and helpful for me. I am so relieved that I found a car dealership that I am totally satisfied with and happy to go to. They make sure you are satisfied with their service and make you feel like you made the right decision by coming here.
