Went in with the intention of just getting my oil change and an unpleasant sound when turning left.
I worked with John and he made the process so easy for me. I have not experienced getting major repairs done on my car so for a first timer he made everything way less stressful.
I ended up needing more work done on the car but with John's help I was very comfortable with all that needed to be done.
