Purchased my 2018 Silverado new from Sunrise Chevy. I have been getting oil changes and maintenance there since. Jim Finch has been my service writer. Always friendly, prompt and great service. I recently went to a Niles dealership because of my extended warranty (thermostat problem), what a disaster. Don't go there! Went back to Jim at Sunrise and he took care of everything working with my after market extended warranty and only paying my $100 deductible.

Thank you to the salesman Don and Luciano the finance manager they were both amazing and made my first car purchase easy and smooth! Don was very friendly and helpful when it came to questions I had about the vehicle and told me about the features it had. Luciano was very respectful and friendly as well.
