I bought my car here 6 years ago and I’ve received great service from the start. I moved to the city 4 years ago and made it a point to bring my car in to Sunrise yesterday for some needed repairs. Dan communicated with me throughout the process and didn’t try to sell me anything I couldn’t afford to pay for at the time.
The waiting room is spacious and I used one of the work stations and got some work done on my laptop. My car was clean and drove so much more smoothly once they handed it back to me.
I will be back in a couple weeks for the rest of the repairs while presenting at a conference in the ‘burbs. I already have transportation assured, as I know they will take me to the conference and pick me up to get my car when repairs are finished.

My service provider, John Niemann, got me in quickly and out quickly for an oil change. Typically, I drive to my dealer in Schaumburg for an oil change, which can be a huge hassle for me. But I decided to give Sunrise a try and do not regret it. I booked my appointment and was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
