I had been communicating with Marilyn via email. She was patient as she knew I was trying to get the downpayment for a vehicle. I went to Sunrise 9 days ago, nervous about the payments of a note, but with the help of Mo (who was very, very patient with me), my daughter and her boyfriend they convinced me to get a vehicle. A few days after getting the vehicle, I had some problems with the vehicle. My grandad passed and I needed the vehicle to get to TN. Mo got me in with service the day before I was leaving to have it looked at and fixed. I truly appreciate the patience of EVERYONE that has assisted me in this difficult time. Over the past month we smelled gas. Last Tuesday my husband brought the car in and dealt w both Jim and Julia. We are always happy with the service dept .my husband being a former mechanic liked the fact that the staff did a walk around of the car and noticed that we needed a bulb.
