My Coleman tent had a problem and they arranged to replace it with the Coleman representative.

Now firstly the staff at Tentworld is what makes it a pleasure to go there to get all my camping needs. Very knowledgable and always happy to answer any questions that I may ask. The prices are very competitive and always generally cheaper then the giant camp stores. I would recommend to anyone to head on in and see the staff at tentworld because they will look after you.

I have shopped here, and online many times. They have a great range, way bigger range of camping gear much bigger than Rays/Anaconda and the crew know about the gear too. Pricing is nearly always better than, or the same as the big guys. Definitely worth visiting prior to purchasing camping gear. If you want to buy camping gear you need to check it out.

Yes, a shop full of stuff, but I don't know they compete with all of the other camping, fishing, 4wding places. Higher prices and I wouldn't say the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Maybe were having a bad day that day??
