We highly recommend Tentworld Toowoomba. From our greeting hello when we walked through the door to our gazebo purchase packed into the car, the service was excellent. Our sales person Michael was very informative, helpful, happy and eager to assist with our questions. If you need camping gear, or a market gazebo as we did, this definitely is the place to shop. We love our Oz trail.

They were interested, helpful, friendly, patient.
They had a good range of great quality stock and great prices.

I have been into this store a few times and received wonderful service every time. Even when the staff are busy they still try their best to greet every customer at least that i saw. Staff here at the Toowoomba store are exceptional. Sarah in particular was a great help to us when our Colman instant up tent was damaged by a storm. She co-ordinated with Brook at Coleman head office to solve our problem and make our onward roadtrip to visit family possible. Thanks Sarah, great job.

Great prices and great staff, massive range of all you outdoor needs. I needed a Dual Battery System, charged up and ready to go. Was no problem for the team to have this ready for me on my way through as I lived over 2 hrs away. Also found out that my old Engel had kicked the bucket on the morning of my departure for a few days RNR. Again rang ahead and they had a new Engel cooled down and ready to go when I arrived. Great service, will definitely be buying all my camping needs from them in the future.
